Alternative Dispute Resolution -  Holly Walker is an experienced mediator known in the legal community as effective mediator in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes. Seasoned in designing appropriate dispute resolution processes, Ms. Walker can assist clients in determining whether mediation might help resolve their particular case. She utilizes her extensive experience and knowledge of the law to assist clients in their efforts to resolve their disputes efficiently and cost effectively, while reducing the risks associated with litigation. Ms. Walker is a member of the mediation panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
